Recent Upgrade
If you
purchase an upgrade less than 30, 60, or 90 days after purchasing
the prior version, you can receive a 75%, 50%, or 25% discount
respectively. Indicate the proper discount and your prior invoice
number under Special Instructions. The purchase date of a beta
product is counted from the date the final release
ships.

Changing
an order
To change a previously placed order: on the order
page in "Special Instructions" specify "Revision to
mm/dd/yy order". Your credit card will NOT be charged twice. If it
is too late to change your order we will contact
you. Not in stock products
You can order products not in stock. Your order will be shipped as
soon as the product is available.

Upgrading
For upgrade price eligibility and
to allow installation, any prior version must be present on your
hard disk.
Passwords
Temporary passwords are provided immediately for download software after
placing a web order. Activation passwords are provided by postal mail
or with your shipped package.
Invoice
receipts
Printed invoices are mailed with all
orders.
Split addresses
To ship to a friend or
relative enter their address. To ship to multiple addresses place
multiple orders. To invoice one address and ship to another please
fax your order.
