Missing Conduit

If Info Select is not listed in the HotSync | Custom conduit list, try these solutions:

Install Info Select Palm properly

Make sure you did not miss the step on the Download page where you go to the Start menu and select Program files | Info Select Palm | Info Select and then do a HotSync.

Reinstall Info Select Palm

Start on the download page again and follow the steps exactly.

Reinstall Palm Desktop

If editing the registry does not help try reinstalling Palm Desktop or upgrading Palm Desktop from the Palm site.

Reinstall the conduit

1) Rename the ISCOND.DLL file (located in the Info Select for Palm directory) into ISCOND.SAV
2) Re-install Info Select for Palm.
