Your message: (when appropriate explain in steps such as: 1. Choose File | Open. 2. Press Enter...).

After pressing the Send button, a successfully processed request results in a screen saying "Thank you...".
(To verify that we are receiving your e-mail you can send a message that reads, "Please respond to this test message.")
If you are not receiving replies, make sure any spam filters are not blocking our messages and that you entered your email address correctly.

Short messages are usually responded to within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Messages with attachments or requiring special testing can take up to one week.
