Smart Folders

Smart Folders allow for automatic conditions for placing items in folders. With Smart folders you no longer have to manually add items to folders. Simply specify a set of conditions and all matching items will be automatically placed into a Folder. When you place a Topic (or Delivery, Filter, etc.) in a Smart Folder all sub-items are automatically added. For example, use Smart Folders to:

  • Save search results for future reference.
  • Place items into their proper Topic with no effort - items relating to a client, project, product, etc.
  • Create customized conditions for automatic data filtering.
