Micro Logic Corp., with its three divisions, eMachineShop, Pad2Pad and Info Select, an industry leader in online manufacturing, was acquired July 13, 2023 by Growth and Performance LLC (“GnP”), a U.S. based growth investment firm. Following the acquisition, GnP appointed Mr. James T. Wright as CEO, while company founder Mr. Jim Lewis remains as an advisor and board member.
