If you are unsatisfied with a product you may return it for a refund within 30 days. Returns are not available if you requested a refund previously.
Prior to a return we request that you contact support if you are experiencing any difficulties using the product.
To return a product to Micro Logic:
- If you ordered a physical product and did not yet receive your invoice in the mail you must wait to receive it.
- For software products, uninstall and delete all copies.
- Return all material sent to you including the invoice.
- Mark the invoice “Return for Credit” and write your credit card number and imprint name.
- Include a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
