If you are unsatisfied with a product you may return it for a refund within 30 days. Returns are not available if you requested a refund previously.

Prior to a return we request that you contact support if you are experiencing any difficulties using the product.

To return a product to Micro Logic:

• If you ordered a physical product and did not yet receive your invoice in the mail you must wait to receive it.
• For software products, uninstall and delete all copies.
• Return all material sent to you including the invoice.
• Mark the invoice “Return for Credit” and write your credit card number and imprint name.
• Include a brief note explaining the reason for the return.

A credit will appear on your credit card statement or, if you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you.
