If you would like us to help you get started using Info Select or help solve a problem, consider a screen sharing session with one of our support specialist.

To proceed please first:

  1. Go to http://www.aeroadmin.com; click “Download”; run the utility; note 9 digit code and password.
  2. Call 201-962-7510 x 114 and ask for screen sharing support.
  3. On the phone provide the code number.
  4. The support specialist will assist you on your screen while talking to you on the phone.
